Scene I

Studio de danse Roger Constant. Nico (dancer) and Pierre.

Ariane: Ça va toujours aussi mal ?

Pierre: Le mécène se fait rare.

Ariane: Je te parlais de mon pas.

Pierre: Ah! Alors que tout le monde se demande si on aura assez de fric pour partir en tournée toi tu ...

Ariane: Mais oui on l'aura, il y a une justice!

Pierre: Ah ... tu planes, ma fille, tu planes ...

Ariane: J'suis bien trop heureuse pour ne pas planer.
The Song: Serge Gainsbourg recorded a demo tape of Strip-Tease with Nico at the Studio Blanqui, S.P.P. 6 and 8 rue Jenner, Paris XIII, in 1962-12-00, for Philips, but he was unconvinced with her German accent and her voice which he thought was too deep, so he finally asked his friend Juliette Gréco to record the song. The Nico version is available on the 3CD Serge Gainsbourg box-set Le Cinéma de Serge Gainsbourg (Musiques de Films 1959-1990) FR Universal 586 516 2, released 2001-12-06. The box-set also includes Strip-tease (by Juliette Gréco), Some Small Chance, Rendez-Vous à la Calavados, Wake Me at Five, Solitude, and Crazy-Horse Swing.
